What is the difference between your services and therapy? Our services blend elements of coaching, consulting, training and mentoring. These are intended to identify your strengths and build upon them so that you are better able to reach your goals and achieve greater satisfaction and fulfillment in your life. We emphasize a pragmatic approach to the “here and now” and do not involve a detailed review of your past.
Therapy is oriented towards “fixing” problems once they occur and is based more on a model of ill health. It seeks to get people out of their distressed situation
Our methods might overlap with some of the methods used in therapy (such as helping you promote change in your life, increasing your motivation, and working towards your goals in a focused way). A major difference is that we focus on ways to enhance your life, rather than focusing on ways to treat problems.
We can help you if you are facing life transitions. During these times, we can serve as a trusted partner who can support and encourage you in this process and serve as a sounding board for your questions and ideas.
We can also assist you in reaching your desired health goals (such as increasing your level of exercise). We support you in your efforts, help you problem solve when you get stuck and are there for you when you need help getting motivated.
I would like to try the Relationship Mentor, but my partner does not want to participate. What can I do? Sometimes, one person in the relationship is more ready to work on enhancing the relationship than the other. Although the couple is our preferred format for relationship enhancement training, it is possible for individuals to benefit from this service as well. We work with you to identify steps you can take on your own to begin strengthening your relationship.
I am interested in your services, but am not sure if they are for me. What can I do? Please give us a call at +41-79-272-50 22 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org . A short telephone discussion or email exchange can help to clarify whether we might be able to assist you.
If you are curious about our services, we encourage you to give the mini-intensive a try.
Who are your typical clients? Individual clients come from many walks of life and represent various nationalities and cultures. A large number of our clients are business and professional people. We also work with members of the expatriate community who are dealing with issues related to life transitions.
We work with you to find the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for your needs.
The only time we are morally and ethically obliged to break client confidentiality is if there is a threat of harm to the client or others. But such situations are extremely rare.
